Sired by Crack, out of Local Starlet, both German Holsteiners, Cheops Z is an very handsome 1996 stallion with a promising future. Cheops was bred by the Okanagen Show Jumping Stables in Lumby, British Columbia, and is registered with the Zangersheide Stud Book. Cheops resides and trains at Tyndall Park.

Cheops Z is a licenced and approved stallion in the Canadian Warmblood stud book, and is a member of the Okanagen Supreme Performance Horse Group, and is thus eligible for breeding to mares of both groups. At the Canadian Warmblood Horse Breeders Association stallion licencing in August 2000, Cheops scored a '9' in free jumping. The judges commented that Cheops was a "...large 4-year old, masculine, with elastic movement..."
